How do I add to the shopping cart?
You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled "add to cart", within this box there will be a button which you can click on to add this item to the basket.

You can then locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Edit Cart" in the top menu navigation bar. How do I create an account?

We use Australia Post regular service for all domestic & international shipments.
This service is not traceable,if you require a traceable and faster service please contact us.
All orders are picked and packed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed.
Below shipping timeframes are a guide only which are dependant on Postal Services efficiency & Customs regulation requirements. We do not guarantee delivery timeframes.

Delivery within Australia - approximately 3-5 business days from despatch.
Delivery to the US - approximately 8-12 business days from despatch.

Return, refunds and exchanges

Damaged or faulty items:
If an item is damaged or faulty, you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund of the purchased item.
Please state the reason for the return by emailing or phoning us prior to sending the goods back.
Other items:
If an item is not damaged or faulty, you may still return it for a full refund of the purchase price (but not the cost of postage) provided that you return the item to us:
(a) within 30 days after delivery to you;
(b) with your order number; and with prior email confirmation
(c) in its original condition and in its original packaging (DVD, video and audio products must have unopened packaging and seals). Any request for exchange of non-faulty items sent as per order will if possible be fulfilled but will be subject to a re-shipping charge up to the value of the shipping charges on the order.
